Pay Performance is the death of the RSR - Route Sales Representative Rolling Frito-Lay Sales Employee Review

Pros

Before Pay Performance the commission on sales was transparent, you knew exactly what you were making. You like hours, you like working early mornings, this is the job for you.

Cons

Since Pay Performance was rolled in, your pay would fluctuate. Management controlled the numbers, forget about hitting plan and making money. Old timers slowly left, RSRs felt rejected. I would wake up at 1am dreading going into work. They care more about Shareholders than their own employees.

Pros

Networking, exciting culture to meet and exceed competitive goals. Level up via seniority. Possible mentorship program available traveling out of state assisting other Branches.

Cons

Inconsistent business practices, high OT demand (if you want to succeed) Unobtainable numbers to hit, arbitrarily increase #'s despite the business unit showing negative growth nationally. The pay is based on participation trophies not hard work. Routes are not equal and your coworker is a member of cut throat island as well as potentially your supervisor. Always watch your back, do not share your private life/family information. It will be used against you.
