Pros

Pay is decent unless you work in security or the mail room. Location isn't bad depending on where you're coming from. The building is clean.

Cons

Caucasian male dominated company with a brick ceiling (at least with glass you can see a little speck of potential.) It bothers me that there are no female execs. Extremely strict dress code that enforces ties, pantyhose, and a 3 toe max if wearing open toed shoes. No casual Friday's. Plantation way of thinking and sadly you can see who's in the house and who's in the field based on how they're treated. No room for growth. Technology is very outdated. No online bill payment. You can only call during normal business hours. You need a coupon booklet to make a payment. There's no automated phone option to pay after hours. Not a place for millennials to work or grow in.

Our company is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination for any reason. Historically speaking this industry has been dominated by males and we are working to change that. We do have a qualified female executive, we have hired more females into upper level management positions and are desire is to hire more. We appreciate your concern for wanting more diversity and it is something we are working on but always balance the right candidate for the role. One way our employees can aid in increasing the variety of our candidates, is to provide referrals through their network. In addition, with an organization founded on a long standing family history and has decades of success, we ask that employees consider that change takes time, it does not happen over night. Giving feedback and voicing your opinions helps start the discussion and create action for change. We have an open door policy and would encourage you to engage with our key leader, Jerry Gahlhoff, who is a Brand President and the HR Leader for all of Rollins. He is open to all employees reaching out to him directly for meaningful dialogue and partnering on solutions to concerns.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of being at Rollins has been the culture and the people, especially working in the corporate office. There’s a genuine effort to make the workplace feel welcoming and fun. Peers do a great job organizing events like Popcorn Wednesdays and celebrating important moments throughout the year, so there’s almost always something going on that brings people together. What also stands out is how much emphasis is placed on recognition. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones don’t go unnoticed, which makes you feel seen and appreciated. Those small gestures go a long way and really help create a sense of community. It makes you feel like the work you’re doing matters and that you’re a valued part of the team.

Cons

I really don’t have many complaints, other than wishing PTO could roll over into future years instead of being use‑it‑or‑lose‑it.

Pros

Remote position after initial training

Cons

Less than equal treatment across the specific team in regard to schedules/shift bidding. Compensation inadequate and far less then equal or fair across the team. Opportunity is not a thing of transparency here for those performing above expectation, but is selective in a teachers pet fashion.
