Good Company Poor Management - Manager Rolls-Royce Employee Review

Place individuals into positions as Snr Management who have no experience of the products but think because the came from Aero they know it all . When the errors are pointed out they adopt a bullying approach type of management and even Lie to cover their own tracks for incompetence on their part. It cost me my job as I had to leave after along fight, I got my apology and compensation with back pay. The Manager in question was found out to less that functional and out of his depth so was requested to leave.
