Cons
Managing director is the main cause of poor management - she likes to personally initiate grapevine about colleagues and frequently become quite verbally abusive. She is very sales-centered for her region, but oblivious to the other functions of her role in being a MD (i.e. to manage staff). She is very disorganised and all over the place, and this makes everyday work very challenging for the whole team of staff.
