Too much pressure to perform, If you lack to perform even a single day, you could be told to leave the company the next day itself, no matter how much you did for the company, they'll just abandon you. Less pay for the amount of work you do. They want a fresher to work like a 3-5 years experienced guy with a low salary. No work/life balance, only work, work and more work. Management is poor. Business model and technologies changes every 2-3 months. No regularity.
