Pros
I loved work environment, different work styles. They have open communication, all the employees were very helpful. I have many exposures because of Roofpik. It was great to be part of an organization that has helped me explore my potential as a Marketing, event organizing etc.
Cons
Everything was good except firing.

Warm and friendly environment..cared about individual growth of the employees..provided good onfield experience..was a good company to start my career..top management was quite helpfull

Lack of long term planning... every company has some flaws still it was a good company to work with
