      Pros

      We are a close knit team of marketers who are constantly striving to push the boundaries of B2B. I love the clients and type of work we attract due to our humanising ethos. The people I work with who constantly push me to be the best version of myself. The culture; once a month we do something a bit quirky as a team, which generally revolves around delicious food.

      Cons

      We are a fast paced agency which can mean multiple projects with tight deadlines, you have to be able to juggle and work as a team to get to the best end result. In an increasingly hybrid world, you have to be comfortable working independently as well as part of the team, and need to be on your guard to avoid miscommunication as a result.

      Rooster Punk is unique as it is built by admirable people like James and Paul who I believe had marketing hard-wired into their brain, and at the core of marketing, people is what matters most. I believe not just me but others do feel that everyone in Rooster Punk treats others like they are real humans, with imperfections and emotions, gives them maximum support and trust so we all feel safe to express our best and even go extra further miles and be proud of what we did. Not just some statements written on paper or put on website, Rooster Punk really lives up to its motto - Humanizing B2B, thanks to all of my beloved humans in Rooster Punk.

      Cons

      As the company grows, the department grows, and it would be more fun and of course effective if there could be more talented marketers on the team.
