- Flexible working (and actually flexible, go to the office when you want with the team)
- Amazing co-working office space, people bring their dogs
- Working with some very talented and intelligent people in the marketing and advertising space, great learning
- regular socials
- respectful of time off and work/life balance
Cons
- things can get quite busy, but then again that's agency life! Personally I would be a little bored otherwise
I started at Rooster Punk just before the pandemic, and little did I know what I needed was a bit of Punk. Their culture is different to any other agency I have worked in. It is collaborative and positive, but also challenges you to grow and approach your job in a creatively.
I have worked in 5 agencies and I think this is the first one which has had values that really resonate with me; they want to be human and treat staff with respect, have their back and not grind people down and are transparent and honest about the companies growth plans an position - which is really refreshing.
Cons
We are small and therefore still developing processes and structure.
