Pros
A very good plate to learn about the crypto market and ecosystem. Good vacation package, personal days and sick days combo. I love the flexible approach to the working schedule. Fair compensation with crypto payment options. Last but not least, great recruitment process.
Cons
The company needs to work a bit more on processes, but I have seen changes take place on that front that are good indicators the issue is being faced and solutions are being implemented. More crypto specific training should be incorporated in the enablement process, the initial crypto user course is very good, but more info would be necessary.
