Pros
The company is very stable. As a family run company, the senior management is friendly and engaged. They emphasize training- especially hands on in the field. For techs there is a lot of opportunity for overtime.
Cons
They may allow their districts too much leniency. If there is a strong manager, that can be good to give them the freedom to set the structure of their district how they are most comfortable. When there is a weak or lazy manager the corporate office prefers to have the district sort things out.
