Hit and miss between the districts.

Pros

The company is very stable. As a family run company, the senior management is friendly and engaged. They emphasize training- especially hands on in the field. For techs there is a lot of opportunity for overtime.

Cons

They may allow their districts too much leniency. If there is a strong manager, that can be good to give them the freedom to set the structure of their district how they are most comfortable. When there is a weak or lazy manager the corporate office prefers to have the district sort things out.

Pros

Local office staff is phenomenal. Company car Family atmosphere inside your local office. Training is very good

Cons

Sales Management message is contradicting. Salary cuts for not making budget were extreme, taking seasoned account managers under what the STARTING salary is for people off the street. This causes poor morale, especially when your picking and choosing who gets the cuts based off personal feelings, not what’s fair across the board.

The owners are great and take good care of their employees. No issues with corporate policies/procedures.

Cons

While most district managers are good to work for, mine was AWFUL! This opinion was shared by most working in my district (supervisors, sales, and most techs). This district succeeds in spite of this manager, not because of him.
