      Pros

      The owners are great and take good care of their employees. No issues with corporate policies/procedures.

      Cons

      While most district managers are good to work for, mine was AWFUL! This opinion was shared by most working in my district (supervisors, sales, and most techs). This district succeeds in spite of this manager, not because of him.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, great management, wonderful pay. They actually value honesty, hard work, and employee imput. Rose uses a crazy concept that the more work you do the more money you make, and the better you do the job the more bonuses you get.

      Cons

      The unifors are kind of out of style.
