Pros
- pretty basic offerings for startups; benefits are acceptable and the company is very pro employee development; plenty of coffee, free food frequently
Cons
- salary is extremely low for both the area (Toronto) and the industry; raises don’t seem to exist - parts of the code base are fantastic, but the bulk of the routing logic is poorly designed and awful to work with - growth is very slow vs comparable startups; hiring is glacial at best
