- Product department is chaotic and requirements change randomly every few days - Culture of making people work weekends and after hours consistently rather than allowing proper work to happen Monday through Friday 9 - 5 pm. Most people including leadership team waste time during work hours, some employees play music in-office, attend events and socialise instead of working during normal work hours, have meetings and do not actually work - Bullying culture all around - Clique-y teams and older employees are generally jealous when younger / newer employees are given high paying roles, and they bully new hires as a result - Extremely unhealthy and toxic work environment - Best not to work here and pick a different company with healthy work and sustainable culture - A lot of employees here have serious health problems due to ongoing stress
