      Favoritism, You cannot grow even if you have the best education in the world if you are not management's favorite employee. They can take the lowest level employee (no degree plus base level salary) and in 2-3 years pay them $65000 plus. You can only make what you deserve if you are their favorite.

      Pros: Amazing staff A sense of purpose Welcoming atmosphere

      Cons

      Cons: Somewhat poor pay and hours. If you're a college student with minimal bills, go for it! If you need a larger income, you might want to look elsewhere. Lovely place overall.
