Pros

Current climate is toxic. Administration turns blind eye to obvious issues. If you are not part of the click you will not get far or see any advancement. People will be cut throat and back stab if they don't like you. The place is great if you actually get along with the "popular kids" but there's no telling how they pick their people. Good luck.

Cons

No support from those in charge when clear issues arise. Way too much red tape.

Favoritism, You cannot grow even if you have the best education in the world if you are not management's favorite employee. They can take the lowest level employee (no degree plus base level salary) and in 2-3 years pay them $65000 plus. You can only make what you deserve if you are their favorite.
