Good technology and equipment for the industry.

Company doesn’t support employees. They over work techs have no home life balance. Must take vacation to get home. No support from management. Unsafe working conditions must fallow DOT but require techs to consistently break DOT to complete projects. Then make techs pay fines if the get caught braking DOT. I was terminated because they believe I was stealing by miss use of my credit card after 14 years of service. I would never knowingly steal from my company and was not given any warning or wright up or 30 day probation. Company used to good to work for 4years ago but the current working conditions shows no support for the employees only focused on profits and not well being of its employees.
