Pros
flexible work that offers 9 day fortnight. As long as you get your work done on time, management doesn't really care other wise. Great if you like a stress-free environment.
Cons
No culture. Everyone just does their own thing. No career advancement, and if there is, it's just base on who works the longest. Always about clocking in and out when the Big Boss doesn't even do it himself. Always have some sort of new organisational changes, but after that, everyone goes back to the old way. The people who work the longest have the highest pay have least amount of real work. No motivation from management.
