Colleagues are great to work with. You can apply your own creativity to your own department initiatives and your work. A fun place to work with a relatively young team
Cons
Salary is low. They pay about 50% less compared to other oil and gas companies. 2 weeks bonus on average per year (if there is one). The management team on the other hand is very lavish for their own travels, meetings and benefits, which can be used to provide better salary to their workers. Big disconnection between management and grassroots in terms of grassroots salary, compensation and benefits.
