I honestly can't think of any. Maybe experience, but I'd get that somewhere else if possible.
Cons
Rotating shifts mess with your sleep schedule Very poor compensation Harsh working environment, cleanrooms require complete stillness and have minimal air con so are either boiling hot or extremely cold There is an expectation that you are always on call if something goes wrong, even at the most junior roles
