The people are nice, there is no micro management. Responsible for own work schedular and tasks. Free to get involved in whatever’s engineering jobs are currently ongoing.
Cons
Top heavy with managers, poor project management, financial the company has no cash which effects the pressure on staff. Low paying company. No training or guidance for new starters.
