I can honestly say that this is the best job I've ever had. The environment is warm and inviting and each person is allowed and encouraged to grow without respect of person. ..there are no theatrics, acrobatics or hidden agendas required. All you have to do is come in with a positive attitude, be productive and willing to grow both professionally and personally and the sky is the limit here. We have BIG fun and I love my job! Family environment New ideas are encouraged instead of frowned upon Knowledge is welcomed and flows freely from one team member to the next You are appreciated and valued by Management Promotions are almost always from within There are no predetermined guidelines for who gets a promotion - everyone has a fair shot and in the event that you are not chosen, you are given constructive feed back and encouraged to try again. There's no separation between employees from an agency and permanent employees, my successes here at the company are a testament to that and I'm not the only one. Have I told you that I love my job?? We have amazing team members who are supportive, diverse, intelligent, positive, forward thinking go-getters that add to instead of take away from the culture. Cons
It's high paced and the work load can be stressful but that's job security more than a con. It's never a dull moment and because the environment is more like your home away from home than a job, it makes those sometimes stressful days seem not so bad after all.
