I can honestly say that this is the best job I've ever had. The environment is warm and inviting and each person is allowed and encouraged to grow without respect of person. ..there are no theatrics, acrobatics or hidden agendas required. All you have to do is come in with a positive attitude, be productive and willing to grow both professionally and personally and the sky is the limit here.

Cons
It's high paced and the work load can be stressful but that's job security more than a con. It's never a dull moment and because the environment is more like your home away from home than a job, it makes those sometimes stressful days seem not so bad after all.
