Pros

The location was fine for commuting, and my coworkers were pleasant enough.

Cons

• From the first week, it became painfully obvious that the support structure promised during interviews never existed. • Assurances about resources and training turned out to be empty promises. • By the third week, I realized I was completely on my own, and nobody seemed to care that I had no real guidance. • When I raised concerns, the response was nonexistent, as if my problems were not worth addressing. • The gap between what was promised and what actually happened never improved. • I spent months hoping something would change, but absolutely nothing did.
