3yThank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts and observations. It would be very important for the Charity to be able to speak to you further in relation to the comments you have made. As an employee within the Charity, we hope that you will either speak to your line manager, or to the Charity’s Speak-Up Guardian. In the meantime, we would like to re-assure you that all exit interviews are read and actioned according to their content. Again, as an existing employee, you will also know that we have recently refreshed our ‘People’ policies, procedures and processes. The following each give clear guidance and may be relevant for you: Whistle Blowing Policy, Grievance Policy, Speak-Up Guardian. In addition, you will also know that we are soon to embark upon an Employee and Volunteer Survey, as we have done in the past via Birdsong.
We hope you will feel re-assured with the information we have provided and conclude by asking you to once again please speak to your line manager if you would like to pursue and provide information in relation to the claims that you make.
