Lack of support and poor environment overshadow easy job - Postperson With Driving Royal Mail Employee Review

No management support Not a nice working environment, everything is filthy. Training is poor and constantly thrown around the depot to rounds you've never done which you're then expected to complete A lot of the older staff is very lazy, no work ethic and will do half a job then go home early with no repercussions Most of the older staff are misogynistic and racist with nothing done to resolve this.
