Pros
Friendly team Good pay Managers are generally nasty but if you hit back then they back off still they stab you in the back as soon as possible. There can't be many 'pros' if there is no respect for the workers.
Cons
Absolutely nasty managers. Please get some qualified managers who know how to talk to people and get rid of this over-payed riff raff. You only get promoted if you know somebody higher up in management. This creates mafia culture. Everybody talks about a mafia of managers from a certain ethnic background who gang up on their own staff with different ethnic backgrounds. Please change senior management every 2 years to avoid this.
