PTO, incredibly fun people to work with, decently paid.

The compensation could be better. There's always a prize pool thing happening that could probably be better used towards paying us all more.

Earning potential can be good, base hourly pay is enough to earn a living.

Everything else, but mostly the people in charge and the mandatory overtime.
