Pros

There is a very casual atmosphere in the company, perhaps to a fault. At least to start off with, the benefits weren't too bad, though many of those have been stripped. The company is very open to giving people a shot that many other companies wouldn't.

Cons

There is never any encouragement for good work; the only time one's work is brought up is when something is wrong with it. There is very little value for non-sales staff, and a myopia among higher management. There is a high amount of favouritism that is very blatant in the firm.
