It's an oppressive workplace where supervisors go around like a camouflaged sniper trying to catch someone doing somn wrong like cell phone usage or being 1 minute late back from lunch. And they spring mandatory overtime on you with zero notice. Also they hire mostly foreigners which are nice people and work hard but makes communicating with co workers virtually impossible.
