A job to have while you look for a good one

Pretty easy and 10 min breaks every 2 hours

Cons

It's an oppressive workplace where supervisors go around like a camouflaged sniper trying to catch someone doing somn wrong like cell phone usage or being 1 minute late back from lunch. And they spring mandatory overtime on you with zero notice. Also they hire mostly foreigners which are nice people and work hard but makes communicating with co workers virtually impossible.

No mask/vaccination mandate, allowed to wear comfortable clothes and bring a music box in. Lots of room for advancement, 401k match and free college.

Cons

Very tribal environment as most people have worked there between 5 and 50 years. Consequently, if you are hired from outside, expect a lot of push back against any type of improvement, accountability or scheduling initiative. I was literally given a verbal warning for being unprofessional when I yelled, "Fire", through two burning cans off a line when a team member was too busy playing on her phone to remove a jam.

Some of the most discussing people iv ever have worked with.They hardly speak any English they will try and talk you out of your job every day!You will suffer work place harassment here!
