Flexible hours depending on workload

Sales team is heavily supported from upper management with tools to help close deals. Benefits are pretty good and work is relatively flexible.

There is a certain level of toxic environment throughout the company, but it is not consistent. Fixing problems or improving processes takes a back seat to protecting certain individuals. Needed change is talked about a lot, but it never happens.
