      Benefits are decent, pay is decent and the sales structure is okay.

      Cons

      Managment knows VERY LITTLE about the industry. Theres little to no flexibility with things that need to change and employee input is not heard.

      Pros

      Sales team is heavily supported from upper management with tools to help close deals. Benefits are pretty good and work is relatively flexible.

      Cons

      There is a certain level of toxic environment throughout the company, but it is not consistent. Fixing problems or improving processes takes a back seat to protecting certain individuals. Needed change is talked about a lot, but it never happens.
