      Work by yourself, lots of travel, provided a work vehicle and cell phone

      Cons

      Work vehicle is as old as God. It breaks down monthly. Pay is not the best. Little communication on where you’re going in the future. Hard to plan other things when all of a sudden you have to leave town for a couple of nights.

      Pros

      The people were nice when I joined, but when they started leaving, I knew it was time for me to leave too.

      Cons

      Clear nepotism at the management level and they don't even try to hide it.
