Pros
The people in the Tulsa facility are great and easy to work with. Little to no overtime, rarely have to deal with anything outside of regular working hours.
Cons
The senior leadership, mainly the owners, are completely clueless on how to run an successful business in the United States. They prioritize short term money over long term success. Company fails nearly every contract on delivery time and quality because of the decisions of the owners. Low pay, high turnover.
