Dear Reviewer,
We appreciate your feedback as we value feedback regardless of the nature, because we believe it helps us better ourselves as well as the company. However, we would like to admit that we are a bit confused by this review. We acknowledge that you mentioned that we are not upfront, as we pride ourselves on having an open door policy. Pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States. All of our team members are W4 and I9 employees and are paid hourly or salary guaranteed wages. Also, we're a credited business with the BBB, incorporated within the state of North Carolina.
In regards to the pay structure, North Carolina has a minimum wage of $7.25 per hour, however with Runnit we have a pay structure starting at $11.00 per hour for entry level position (no experience) plus commissions. We are offering a flexible schedule for all team members that can be adjusted. If there are scheduling conflicts we advise team members to bring them to us so we can work with them.
Furthermore, it sounds like you're confused about our growth structure. We have an upfront screening and a 3-round interview process which establishes the day-to-day of each respective position and we encourage our applicants to ask questions. We have a structure very similar to other companies that promote from within like Hertz or Enterprise. We promote people based on merit, so our employees learn everything about how we run our business from the bottom up. We're sorry to hear that you didn't agree with that type of culture, but we make that very clear before anyone joins our team. We hope you find something that better suits your qualifications and impacts your life in a positive way. Best of luck in all your future endeavors and thank you again for your feedback.
