Ben, the CEO, trained me personally on and off the clock which encouraged myself to work more efficiently; smarter not harder. My time at Rush, Inc. was cut short due to school but the growth in personal development as a professional will transfer to any job opportunity in my future. I left Rush, Inc. as a more confident individual from a professional standpoint, with an increased level of self-efficacy and drive to be successful.
