Pros

Great opportunities to grow in many ways. I ascertained knowledge in the areas of management, branding, and marketing. I also developed qualities in communications as well as critical thinking. The position I held allowed me to work directly under the president of Rush(TN) who mentored me in many ways. He challenged me to build leadership skills through a multitude of exercises, lessons, and experiences which in turn propelled my abilities to develop/enhance my brand and marketability.

Cons

What you sow is what you reap. Little to no time invested will show little to no return in your check.

Pros

I feel as though they take my career very seriously. I am able to speak my mind, give opinions and let management know what I'm struggling with and they actually seem to give an honest response. I have grown so much in the time I have been here. I didn't even know I could accomplish what I have so far.

Cons

It can be very challenging sometimes. I have struggled and at times didn't know if I could handle it. That being said I think this has pushed my comfort zones to levels I didn't know I had.

Pros

Rush, Inc. (TN) is a company that actually invests time and energy in developing a person's professional skills in social development and business management. Ben, the CEO, trained me personally on and off the clock which encouraged myself to work more efficiently; smarter not harder. My time at Rush, Inc. was cut short due to school but the growth in personal development as a professional will transfer to any job opportunity in my future. I left Rush, Inc. as a more confident individual from a professional standpoint, with an increased level of self-efficacy and drive to be successful.

Cons

This job requires a high threshold of self-discipline and grit. This is not a con of the company, but merely a statement to others who may not be used to a fast paced work environment.
