Unsafe work environment - Full Time Staff Member Rushcliffe Care Employee Review

The psychology team was what broke the experience. Unsafe practices, gaslighting. Issues raised to management for support, response was more gaslighting. Basically told to get on with it or go somewhere else. Working longer hours than contracted for and not paid for this. Stress of lack of job security. Minimum wage and when it increased nationally waiting months for pay to meet this. Owner cared more about profit and looking good to CQC than the care being provided. Was willing to overlook all issues raised, even those potentially detrimental to care. Absolutely terrible experience
