      Great company to work for, I've seen peers grow and advance in their careers. If you are motivated & work hard it's easy to get recognized, there are tons of benefits/perks for working with the company.

      Cons

      There are a lot of e-mails and meetings, but it's manageable.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
