DO NOT join but if you must - they really struggle hiring good talent so shoot high and ask for more (they're desperate) Extremely toxic environment Everything is micromanaged Very small or no raises/promotions/signs of appreciation They don't replace people leaving so work gets absorbed by others for no additional pay. - extremely understaffed. Your mental health will suffer.
