Pros
I left my previous job because I felt like my growth was stalling and I wasn’t getting exposure to modern Software Engineering best practices, languages, and project management frameworks. Joining RxAnte was the best decision I could have made. The manager of my team is the best boss I have had, we’re rapidly adopting modern frameworks, and the entire team is nice and easy to work with. The compensation is very competitive. I finally feel like I’m being paid the salary that I deserve. Working from home has been a game changer for me. There’s an expectation to work standard business hours (if you’re working closely with someone else), but the hours are flexible and there’s a lot of trust that you’ll get your work done.
Cons
Really no cons to report. The health insurance deductible could be lower, but I suppose that’s something anyone would want.
