Pros
Overall, RxAnte is a good company with a good mission. Mostly everyone has a positive attitude about the work they do.
Cons
Depending on the team you're on, leadership and co-workers could be a hit or miss. A particular direct report I worked with provided little to no help. This individual had been with the company for 5 years but when asked basic questions, the individual would give me the run around. Like shouldn't you know this, compared to a new hire? Again, depending on the team you're on and if you're a new hire, you're left to figure things out on your own. Additionally, there's a HUGE lack of diversity in the company. Health insurance options are mainly trash. Lack of morale within the company.
