I strongly advise caution before considering employment at this company. The culture is toxic, with leadership showing clear favoritism - certain employees are consistently empowered and rewarded, while others are undervalued regardless of performance. This selective treatment creates a divisive environment and undermines team morale. Leadership often avoids accountability, using passive-aggressive tactics and, at times, bullying, which fosters a hostile work environment. Employees are frequently expected to work overtime without additional compensation, leading to burnout and frustration. While the company showcases impressive architectural work externally, the business may not be performing as well as it appears. Glamorized roles and carefully curated messaging seem to overshadow operational challenges and internal issues. Combined with disingenuous values and poor support for employees, this makes for an unsustainable workplace. Overall, I cannot recommend working here. Anyone considering a position should carefully evaluate both the company culture and its actual stability before accepting an offer.
