Management at the local level is really out of touch with the drivers. The first line supervisors won't even come to the yard to see what's going on. Dispatchers are all new to trucking and have no clue as to how to dispatch...your dispatch will change 3 times before you even get out of the yard. They play favorites with the drivers that kiss up to them by never sending them on lousy runs. Management seems really disconnected and not clear on what they are doing. Ryder as a company is probably a good outfit, but the local operation in Visalia is a very poorly run operation
