      Can’t take over properties without disaster. Regional says things like “If I ask if the sky is blue I only need yes or no- stop with details” people may not like my mgr style but I don’t care just do your job” “lower your energy, I can’t work with high energy, I don’t like people like that” “ people know me as a bull in a china shop …. then you’ll get set up … EVICT even if the person is showing they are seeking assistance in a tax credit property…. okay NOW that they are all moved out -12 in two weeks along with other upcoming move outs GO AHEAD fill these vacants from 83 percent to 91 percent in 30 days” CANT mange people deflates with their words.
