After a massive purge of all management that were attempting to improve processes and work life balance, everything went downhill very fast. It turned into a place where all decisions, even on minute engineering issues, was under scrutiny by the owner and the CEO, to the immense detriment of literally every project they touched. I would not recommend working here to my greatest enemy.
