A hilariously mismanaged company with little to no concern with employee wellbeing.

The opportunity started out as a decent place to work, with a small business feel and a decent benefits package.

Cons

After a massive purge of all management that were attempting to improve processes and work life balance, everything went downhill very fast. It turned into a place where all decisions, even on minute engineering issues, was under scrutiny by the owner and the CEO, to the immense detriment of literally every project they touched. I would not recommend working here to my greatest enemy.

When I started, it was a family themed company. When I left, it was about how much can they make and when things got tough economy wise, they shove people out the door.
