Senior management is very unprofessional and hypocrite. Cannot refuse unsafe work, the project managers will find a way to convince you to get a job done even it is unsafe. Salary is very low (starting salary $36,000 for Project Scientist). Extra working hours are not chargeable. No benefit at all. Not benefit at all (In the contract, was told there will be RRSP after 6 months probation but turned out to be nothing at all) Business model appears to be based on frequent turnover.
