Worked for 5 companies in the past and this is by far the worst, stay away if you have dignity!

Will hire anyone for their first job. Nothing else.

Cons

Senior management is very unprofessional and hypocrite. Cannot refuse unsafe work, the project managers will find a way to convince you to get a job done even it is unsafe. Salary is very low (starting salary $36,000 for Project Scientist). Extra working hours are not chargeable. No benefit at all. Not benefit at all (In the contract, was told there will be RRSP after 6 months probation but turned out to be nothing at all) Business model appears to be based on frequent turnover.

the people below management are all super nice.

Cons

Management personnel are not the easiest to get along with and have a lot of expectations for people in admin roles. If you work in the field you are golden as you are making the company money. Admin simply process the money.
